Want to get your web site visitors to “Like” you on Facebook? It’s easy by using a Facebook widget. We love how this works and it’s FREE!
1. Make sure you know your “Facebook URL”. Go to your Facebook page and then look in the address bar. Copy it and paste it somewhere you can get to it later.
2. Go to the Facebook Widget page.
3. Fill in the URL (what you copied earlier), width, and make your other selections that are available. You will be able to preview what your widget will look like. When you get it looking just right, click “Get Code”.
4. Copy EITHER the iframe code or the XFBML code. (Try one and if it doesn’t work right, try the other.)
5. Paste that code into your website source code (or widget, if you are using a blog).
6. View it. If it doesn’t look great, go back to the Facebook widget and tweak it out until it look like you want.
